Payment Rule

You can pay for goods and services either by credit card, internet banking or bank transfer to the name of "MM Group" LTD bank account.

You have to pay the total cost of the products and delivery which includes all taxes, according to the price established at the time of ordering.

Delivery service

Our Pet Store will deliver your order in Kutaisi the next day of order placement. Delivery cost is 5 GEL in Kutaisi. We will deliver your order free if the total cost of your purchase exceeds 50 GEL.

We will deliver your order for free on the same day if its value exceeds 100 GEL. You can also use Wolt Delivery service.

We will deliver your order to the rest of Georgia through Georgian Post. The delivery cost will be calculated according to the rates established by the Georgian Post.

Product Exchange or Return Policy

You have the right not to accept products that do not correspond to the data indicated on the website. When receiving the order, you should check the name, quantity and quality of the goods. In the event of any damage or defect, we will provide you with a new product or an alternative as soon as possible. If the parties do not agree on the replacement of the product, our store will refund the total cost of the product no later than 3 (three) working days.

You also have the right to request an exchange of the purchased product within 24 hours of the order placement. The exchange will be made if the purchase has preserved the initial appearance it used to have during delivery and has no damage.

Pet Stop strictly follows the Georgian law on Personal Data and, accordingly, protects your personal data. Personal data can be transferred to other state and international organizations only in cases provided for by law.

The information we have access during providing service to you can only be used for the improvement of our services, also for informing you about promotions and news. 

Changes to products and conditions

We are entitled to make changes to the information published on the same website at any time without additional consent of the user. Continued use of the Website and Services after such change shall be deemed to be acceptance of the changes to the User Agreement.
