Additional ingredients: N-methylpyrrolidone, citric acid, PEG-400.
The drug is highly effective against ectoparasites such as fleas, skin mites (otodectosis, demodicosis, etc.), and endoparasites: nematodes, dirofilaria (effective against larvae of L3 and L4 stages).
The drug contains imidacloprid, which acts on receptors in the nervous system of ectoparasites, disrupting the transmission of nerve impulses, which leads to paralysis and subsequent death of the parasite. Imidacloprid does not penetrate the blood-brain barrier and, accordingly, does not reach the central nervous system of patients. Ivermectin has an antiparasitic effect on larval and adult forms of nematodes.
