Our Pet store in Kutaisi We will deliver your order the next day, the delivery fee is 5 GEL.
We will deliver your order for free if its value exceeds 50 GEL. We will deliver your order for free on the same day if its value exceeds 100 GEL. You can also use the WOLT courier service. In the rest of Georgia, the parcel will be delivered to you via Georgian Post.
The amount will be calculated according to their rates.

Product Exchange or Return Policy

You have the right not to accept the product that does not correspond to the data specified on the site. When receiving the order, you must check the name, quantity and quality of the goods. In case of any damage or defect, we will provide you with a new product or its alternative as soon as possible. If the parties have not negotiated a replacement product, our store will refund the cost of the product no later than 3 (three) business days.

You also have the right to request an exchange of the purchased product within 24 hours of placing the order. The exchange will be made if the purchase has maintained its appearance upon delivery and is not damaged.
